If this is the case, we may need to manually create an account for you in our new system. Write us at support@babyaud.io and we'll help.
Please provide the email and first + last name associated with your account.
Please note our account system is order based, so if you've never made a purchase, there's no account linked to your email.
Any license keys purchased after October 5th, 2023 should activate just fine. However, if you purchased before this date and are experiencing issues, we may need to get you a new set of license keys compatible with our rebuilt plugins. Please write us at support@babyaud.io and include the email and name associated with your old account.
A link to download your software, along with a unique license key, will be emailed to you immediately after checkout. If you do not receive a link, please double check the email used for the order. Write us at support@babyaud.io if you need further assistance.
Orders placed through the Denise Audio website are fulfilled by FastSpring. You can view your order info and license keys by following this link: http://deniseaudio.onfastspring.com/account

Orders placed through a third party dealer, such as Plugin Boutique, will be accessible via the dealer’s site.
Our plugins will run in trial mode until they’re activated. Activate them by entering your license key (emailed with your purchase) into the text window in the trial screen of your unactivated plugin. Please note that you need an Internet connection to activate your license. Click on the name of the plugin within the interface to open & close the activation window.
License keys are valid for three devices simultaneously.

Yes, you can download the trial version of all of our paid plugins. Trials will output 5 seconds of silence every 60 seconds until activated. Access them on our downloads page.

Windows 10 or newer (64-bit)
macOS 10.11 or newer (64-bit) + native Apple Silicon
Plugin Formats: VST, VST3, AU, AAX (64-bit only)
Downloading the trial is the best way to confirm the plugin will work on your system.
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer license transfers.
